How does Cash on Delivery work?
Place your order and choose Cash on Delivery. Send 10% of the order total to +92 311 2887279 via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay or SadaPay, and WhatsApp us the screenshot with your order number. We dispatch once the advance is received, and you pay the remaining 90% to the rider.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after the advance is received. Karachi usually takes 1–3 working days and other cities 3–5 working days.
How much is delivery?
Rs 200 within Karachi and Rs 300 for the rest of Pakistan. Delivery is free on orders above Rs 5,000.
Can I return an item?
We don’t accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, WhatsApp us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace it or refund it.
