A to Zee delivers across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally.

Order confirmation

Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed once you send a 10% advance to +92 311 2887279 via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay or SadaPay and WhatsApp us the screenshot with your order number. The remaining 90% is paid in cash to the rider.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after the advance is received.
• Karachi: usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Other cities: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery may take longer during Eid, public holidays, sales or bad weather.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Receiving your parcel

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, see our Refund and Returns Policy and contact us within 48 hours.
